EIRA jewellerys is traditionally crafted and therefore very delicate. Each piece is carefully made with plated metals and individually set crystals. We use a range of high-quality materials including sterling silver 925, stainless steel, gold-filled, titanium and platings such as gold, rose gold, and rhodium.

To keep your jewellery looking its best, please follow these care tips:

– Store your jewellery in the original packaging or a soft pouch to avoid scratches. Try to keep your jewellery pieces apart when storing them.

– Polish your jewellery frequently with a soft cloth to maintain its original, lustrous finish.

– Wear jewellery for appropriate tasks only. Avoid wearing jewellery when showering, swimming, sunbathing, and/or applying products (e.g., perfume, hairspray, soap, or lotion), as this could harm the metal and reduce the life of the plating, as well as cause discoloration and loss of crystal brilliance.

– Avoid contact with water.

– Avoid hard contact (i.e., knocking against objects) that can scratch or chip the crystal.

Each EIRA piece is packed and shipped out within 3-8 business days.

We are unable to provide exchanges or refunds for items purchased during sales or promotions. Additionally, for hygiene and health reasons, products such as earrings and body jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged. Kindly note that shipping costs for returned orders are non-refundable.
